MailWorks Professional is a web based application that should be copied to your web server. Anyone using MailWorks Professional to create and manage newsletters in their browser must be using a modern browser such as Mozilla Firefox 1.x or above, Internet Explorer 6 or above and have JavaScript enabled.
If they do not, MailWorks Professional will not function correctly and support cannot be provided.

You must have a mail server setup and configured though your php.ini file (Most servers will already have one setup). Generally, if you can send emails using PHP's mail() function you can use MailWorks Professional.
You can also directly access a remote mail server. |

There must be NO restrictions on browser-based file uploading if you want image uploading to work. This includes but is not limited to open_basedir, file_upload, etc. If you are unsure, please check with your web host before purchasing. Your PHP installation must support the set_time_limit() function. Safe Mode may cause issues with the program. |

To use auto responders and scheduled e-mails, you will need access to run a php script as a cronjob/scheduled task on your web server. |
