4.6.0 Released! - December 6th 2006
4.6.0 is here and is available for download!
The update includes a huge interface change, support for most modern browsers (No more IE5.5+!!), new WYSIWYG Editor, e-mail notification for new subscribers, regular e-mail status updates, test e-mail configuration, SMTP authentication, browse/url fields added to issue create, plus many more updates.
This update is free to all customers that purchased within 12 months.
4.5 Released - Now with auto-save - August 9th 2006
The team behind MailWorks Professional is very pleased to announce that MailWorks Professional 4.5 is now available and ready for download from our clients area.
A lot of behind the scenes work has gone into this version to make the program more useable and add further stability to the framework which MailWorks operates from.
This version contains numerous features, updates & bug fixes. This includes our latest feature that will assist you when an error is made within a form by remembering what you had previously entered.
4.4.3a HotFix Released - June 26th 2006
A quick hotfix has been released to fix a couple of minor issues that have been discovered as well as a secuirty update to send.php.
It is advised that all customers please update MailWorks Professional 4.4.3a
MailWorks Professional 4.3.0b Released - June 19th 2006
4.3.0b has been released with a few minor bug updates. A list of changes can be found below.

Version 4.4.0 Delayed - June 19th 2006
The development team at MailWorks Professional is pleased to announce the inclusion of a new major function in the next release of MailWorks Professional. ‘Auto-Responders’, will make use of your servers scheduled tasks to send out automated emails after a set period once a user has subscribed to your newsletters.
This will allow greater marketing potential to your new subscribers, or send an automated welcome message after a specific period of time!
The inclusion of this functionality has delayed the release of the new version, as it was only decided moments ago to include this in the next release.
We apologize to anyone who was expecting the release on Monday, 6th June 2005.
Currently we do not have a new release date, however at this time we do not expect the development & testing of this new function to take long.
Once we have a firm release date it will be published.
MailWorks Professional 4.4.0 Released - June 19th 2006
4.4.0 is released with several new features & minor bug updates:
Features
- Moved links at around on top bar to improve usability on lower resolution monitors
- You can now specify max attachment size allowed
- Internal support request form. Ensures necessary information is provided directly to support staff to assist you quicker
- Timestamp now stored for issue/newsletter when created
- Manually approve new subscriptions
- New preview mode & test email feature
- Totally new sending mechanism. Now sends from a popup, so you can continue to work while sending
- Option added to compress backups
- Optimize table option to ensure your database is efficient as possible.
Bugs
- Custom Fields not populated with editing subscription details
- Renaming subscription directory now corrected to work on more servers, regardless of setup.
- Corrected privacy policy bug. It should no longer ask for a privacy policy even if one already exists.

4.4.0b hotfix released - June 19th 2006
A small hotfix has been released to address 2 small bugs. It is important to update to this version as one of the bugs affects the creation of custom fields within the program.

4.4.0c released - June 19th 2006
A small update has been released that addresses several small issues raised since the previous patch.
The update can be downloaded from the clients area. We strongly suggest that all customers upgrade to this version ASAP.

4.4.2 has been released with a number of bug & feature updates
It includes a brand new statistics system which will give you greater feedback about your subscribers and outgoing emails.

Licensing Change - June 19th 2006
With the release of 4.4.2 comes a change to our licensing.
There are no longer any user restrictions on the licensing. As with our previous licensing agreements the only restriction is on a per-domain basic (one install per domain).
We only offer one license now, a single domain license with unlimited administrators (users). The price is set at $126.45 USD.
Existing customers are still on their previous license agreement.
